I remember a time when you could get away with that hard candy-styled nut people sold at the circus or nut stands around my village. At my age, I just can’t afford to break any teeth or lose any for that matter. That’s one of the reasons I took my family’s recipe and brought it to the world.

I use those giant mammoth pecans. Not those teeny weenie itsy bitsy pecans. This helps create a nice nut flavor and balances nicely with the light sugary coating.

My nuts are the biz-omb.
